I feel so fat.. i've had some shitty days but now I'm back on track... gohd im tred i need to get to sleep

I went to see the rocket summer last night... adn didnt get back till 1 this morning


and then had to get up at 6 for school


for basically

i binged all day becasue of the low energy and low sleep...... can people abuse me to make me want to loose weight? lol

TODAY

today  wasn't too bad actually

i had like egg white for breakfast

and chicke stock for lunch

felt a bit sick after though

and a bit dead coz thats like only 40kcals (i counted it as extra) for a whole day adn i was like really sleepy adn then i got home adn mum made pancakes :S.. but i worked out if i had it plain there was 125 in one pancake... so that wasnt too bad today :)

So monday...

I was going to start with the 500kcal a day thing.. but now i think im just going to do 2468


i've got chicken stock ready for tommorow dinner and i'll probably just have egg white for breakfast.. hmmm need to find out how many calories theri are in it

So then.. lets start this one....

I've binged allllllllll weekend but I'm not even hungry I've just binged for no reason.
I wanna be accepted on proanna because i know that if i got accepted on there i'd be more willing to keep to my diet and not eat all this shit. PLUS I'm going to my friends house in two weeks and shes like a size 6... I NEED to loose much more weight in 2 weeks so that I can  be slimmer because otherwise i feel really big next to her and get really depressed.....


But i LOVE food....

Got to convince myself otherwise....

and everyone at school everyday eats lots of shit which makes me want to eat because when I'm startving and their all munching away on their carbs and shit I soo want to be them with their slim bodies and they can get away with eating shit...
